  • The overriding goal of the hosts is a successful rest of guests and the safety of all creatures living in the area of the ‘Mazurski Folwark’
  • The entire area of the ‘Mazurski Folwark’ is a zone without violence against animals. Including not eating meals based on animal meat. We kindly ask you to agree with this principle.
  • The meals we prepare are vegetarian. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price of stay (for children up to 4 years old they are free, and for children aged 5-9 years with a 30% discount).
  • Arrival of guests: from 15 o’clock.
  • Departure of guests, and in particular leaving the rooms and apartments: until 11 o’clock.
  • Throughout the ‘Mazurski Folwark’, it is forbidden to smoke (e.g. cigarettes, pipes) in all covered places (this also applies to verandas and shelters).
  • The use of fireplaces and a bonfire is possible, provided that the guests have the appropriate experience and adherence to safety rules, e.g. not leaving the fire unattended.
  • The stay of animals is possible, but it is the responsibility of the owners to provide care for them. These animals must not pose any threat to other inhabitants of the ‘Mazurski Folwark’, as well as any elements of its wildlife. Cats must stay indoors at all times, or walk on a leash. Dogs can move freely, as long as they do not show any signs of aggression, towards people and animals. Otherwise, they must walk on a leash, and in extreme cases in a muzzle. The stay of animals is additionally paid, in accordance with the current price list. Please clean up after your pets :)
  • The condition for booking is the payment of a deposit of 40% of the planned costs of the visit. All makings are non-refundable, except in special situations, e.g. prohibitions introduced by law or regulation (e.g. restrictions introduced by the government). The remaining amount for the stay and meals is paid just after arrival at the ‘Mazurski Folwark’.
  • We provide parking spaces free of charge, but we are not responsible for the safety of vehicles left behind and damage caused by third parties.
  • We kindly ask you to leave the apartments in a condition no worse than they were rented. Guests are responsible for material losses.
  • Quiet hours are from 22.00 to 7.00. It is very important for us, other guests, neighbors and wildlife.
  • Apartments ‘Eagle Owl, ‘Barn Owl’, ‘Crane’ and ‘White Stork’ are located in the so-called Stables and Carriage House and  run by ‘Mazurski Folwark Barbara Grzebulska’. Apartments ‘Teal’, ‘Goldcrest’ and ‘Long-tailed tit’ are located in the main residential building and are run as part of an agritourism farm by Przemysław Gumułka. This web page therefore describes two separate entities, for convenience jointly referring to themselves with the abbreviated name ‘Mazurski Folwark’. Nevertheless, they are managed and billed by separate people, and guests live in separate buildings.
  • GDPR. The administrator of your personal data is Mazurski Folwark Barbara Grzebulska. Personal data in the form of surname, first name and contact details are processed in order to book accommodation. The processing of personal data also includes the fulfilment of legal obligations towards public authorities. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to perform the service and perform tasks resulting from a specific contract. You have the right to access the data and rectify, delete or limit processing, as well as the right to object, request the cessation of processing and transfer of data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
