At your disposal is a room for yoga and other exercises. It is equipped with ladders, mats, rollers and other aids. The hall has large windows overlooking the surrounding meadows and horse pastures.
This room will not be made available to children – it will also serve as an “adult asylum”, a place where you can relax in the evening, e.g. while reading or playing a board game.
The hostess of Mazurski Folwark – Barbara – is a certified teacher of Vinias and Hatha Yoga (200TTC RYT). She has been practicing yoga for 9 years. Therefore, in the spring and summer there will be a lot of yoga workshops (for beginners and intermediate). Apart from scheduled workshops, every morning Barbara will conduct yoga lessons for volunteers (the cost of an hour’s practice is PLN 20). Special emphasis will be placed on positions that strengthen the back and abdomen, relax the thighs and hips, which is especially useful in combination with horse riding.
Basia began her spiritual journey with Laughter Yoga, a movement meditation practice created by Madan Kataria, with whom she practiced in Bengaluru, India (she is also a certified Laughter Yoga teacher). She also danced Contact Improvisation, the fluidity of which she tries to weave into Viniasa Yoga workshops. She practiced yoga in many great schools, most recently Ashtanga Yoga in the Yoga of Dreams school in Masuria.
In his practice, Viniasy Yoga weaves elements related to sensitivity to nature, our place in it – yoga means “connection”.
