‘Mazury Garbate’ region

It is enough to go through the old orchard to the hill above the meadows to understand why we fell in love with this place and lived here. In sight we have a mosaic of wheat crops, grazing horses, the Borecka Forest, a hill above a wet forest and a small wetland in a basin between neighbors’ plots. Unfortunately, such agricultural landscapes have disappeared in almost all of Europe. We invite you to visit us, to the village of Lisy (‘Foxes’), in the heart of ‘Mazury Garbate’, far from the sounds of civilization.
